About
Twenty years coaching the people running the room.

The spine
I have spent twenty years coaching the people running the room. For six years, I was a partner at Neuberg Gore, an executive coaching firm that has collectively worked with over 1,200 startup CEOs and their execs. The firm has supported 17 $1B+ companies and 53 exits at a value of over $32B, building a wide range of next-gen tech and consumer brands.
Past and current clients include Harry's, Electric, SevenRooms, Oura, Casper, Glossier, Mejuri, Lavender, DexCare, Ophelia, Spark Advisors, Bedrock, Formic, Verint, ConverSocial, Engagio, Amplitude, DarwinAI, and dozens more. The work spans AI and robotics, healthtech and behavioral health, fintech and insurtech, consumer and DTC, enterprise SaaS, and frontier manufacturing. The rooms are venture and private equity backed companies from Series A through post-exit. The clients are the people whose names appear in cap tables and on board decks.

The background
Before coaching, I spent 24 years in Silicon Valley SaaS sales and leadership at Oracle, Gartner, Siebel, and early-stage startups, selling over $80 million of software, hardware, and services. I was acquired twice, fired, and laid off along the way. As a two-time startup founder, I have carried revenue responsibility, led teams through uncertainty, and experienced firsthand the psychological demands of performance-driven environments.
I know what the seat costs. I know what the calendar looks like. I know the pattern of the founder who is winning on paper and not landing in the result.
How I work
I work one to one with a small number of clients per year. Engagements run in months, not sessions. We meet twice a month and the work happens in the weeks between. The bar for taking on a new engagement is high. The relationships compound across years.
If the pattern you just read sounds like the room you are in, the next step is a conversation.
